Fun Nite - A Great Time Was Had By All

Last Saturday, more than 60 Conservative Group members attended the Moulton & Whaplode Conservative Association Branch Fun Nite.

John Hayes, MP was the guest speaker and, as can always be expected, John entertained us with his wit and eloquence.

The whole evening went extremely well.

The bangers, mash and mushy peas were tremendous – supplied by Katie Booth from OK Catering.

The “puddings” made by branch members were, as always, very tasty indeed.

All finished off with coffee and tea.

We played bingo, we had a general knowledge quiz organised by Councillor Eddy Poll and his wife Lorna, we had a raffle, a few drinks and a few laughs.

The evening passed off without a hitch and everyone had a great time raising in excess of £300.
