South Holland District Council has tackled the challenge of public sector spending cuts by sharing their Chief Executive with Breckland District Council in Norfolk. 

South Holland District Council has also merged some back-office functions with Easy Lindsey District Council.  This move will deliver financial savings for both councils and is a way of gaining greater efficiencies and value for money which will help us to minimise the impact of the cuts on front line services.
