The Bangers & Mash Fund Raising Event at Whaplode Village Hall last Saturday turned out to be a successful and lucrative fund raiser to remember.  

Everyone had a fun evening.   The food was excellent - a big thank you to Katie from OK Catering for cooking the sausages, mash and mushy peas and everyone involved in creating the delicious "puddings". 

A bit thank you to Malcolm Chandler for organising the event; Eddy and Lorna Poll for putting together the quiz, Eileen and Graham for organising the Games and a special thanks to Libby, Lynda and Christine for the sterling work they did in washing up!!

Last but by no means least, a very big thank you to John Hayes, MP for delivering an inspirational pre-election speech.
